Returns Policy
- Goods supplied as a special order from one of our suppliers are only accepted back as a return subject to acceptance to the returns by the supplier, if the supplier accepts the return you will be required to pay any handling charge made by the supplier, an Admin fee to cover Haynes cost's and any carriage charges.
- Stocked Goods will be considered for return subject to them having not been fitted where the good s are parts, All goods must be returned the original packaging which must be clean and in a resaleable condition, acceptance will be at the discretion of Haynes.
- Faulty Parts, Accessories or Merchandise should be returned to one of the Haynes Agricultural or Agritec Branches for Exchange or refund.
- Faulty Machines will be covered by the manufacturer's Warranty Terms and Conditions, any faults should be advised to Haynes as soon as possible, Hand held, or pedestrian machines should be taken to your local branch, Where the machine is a ride on you should consult with the local branch about a visit or collection.
